Here are a few special things about our rental/purchase options for you to consider:

• All plans apply to both new and used instruments, and all our used instruments are shop-certified, fully guaranteed to play "like new."
• All of our string instruments are made of high-quality European maple and spruce that is dried to the optimum 8% moisture content before assembly and meet MENC specifications.
  Like all of our band and orchestra instruments, they meet or
  exceed every standard set by parents and educators around the state.

• All our financing is done in-house, and not by an uncaring third party or out-of-state corporation. All sales tax in included in our rental plans, so that what you see on the contract is what you pay - no hidden charges - and the payment never changes.

• We all know that so-called "free" months are actually extra months added on at the end of a contract. We've chosen instead to offer affordable payments and contracts that are reasonable in length with great pay-off options (parents can buy out our contract at any time, not just during the first 12 months).

• All of our rental and purchase plans include a 24-month full value trade in towards a top-line instrument, so that you can more easily afford to purchase your child a step-up horn or string instrument when the time comes- what a great way to motivate your child to play his best!

• All partial-sized string instruments are leased on a three-month renewable contract. All you have to do to get the next size instrument is come in (or call one of our road reps) and swap – no extra paperwork, no extra hassles! When it's time for a full-sized instrument, the majority of the lease monies you've paid apply toward the rental or purchase of the full-size.

• If the band director would like a child to change instruments within the first three months, we are always willing to credit all the monies paid toward the first instrument to the new one with no hassles.

• We offer a generous discount for parents who want to make a cash purchase. Our unique "Buy Back Guarantee", is available with cash purchase for only 10% of the purchase price, gives parents a cash discount with the assurance that Pecknel Music will buy the instrument back should it become necessary- a win win situation.

We offer optional Maintenance & Repair and Instrument Replacement coverage with all plans.

Our in-house repair department, staffed by full-time NAPBIRT- and NABIM-Certified technicians, does repair work of unparalleled quality, always in a timely fashion, always at reasonable prices.
