Joseph Loera is a Lexington, SC native and a ’24 graduate of Newberry College, where he earned his degree in Flute Performance. He is a versatile musician with performance experience on flute, saxophone, and piano in a variety of settings, including solo performances, theatre productions, and ensemble work.
Joseph has accompanied both soloists and choirs on piano and has experience directing and organizing music ensembles, as well as leading CPA clinics. He is also currently serving as the director of the Greater Anderson New Horizons Band (GANHB) in Anderson, SC. His diverse musical background enables him to effectively support students with a wide range of goals and skill levels.
Joseph also offers instruction for Spanish-speaking students, allowing him to connect with and support a broader community of learners.
