The LeBlanc LCL511S Serenade II is designed for advancing & professional clarinetists who demand artistry, stability, and tonal finesse. Built by Conn-Selmer, this soprano B♭ clarinet features a premium, unstained grenadilla body that has undergone a multistage aging and machining process, yielding outstanding tonal richness, projection, and long-term stability.
Two barrel options (64 mm and 66 mm) provide flexible tuning control and allow players to refine intonation in various climates and settings. The instrument is equipped with silver-plated nickel silver keywork, elegantly designed for balance, strength, and responsive action.
Acoustic design features include undercut tone holes, a complex bore profile, and a low-E reinforcement bar to enhance stability and tone across registers. Additional refinements such as metal tenon caps, inline trill keys, and Valentino synthetic pads complete the professional specification.
Each unit is factory-set and optimally adjusted at Conn-Selmer’s woodwind facility in Elkhart, Indiana, ensuring reliable performance from the first note.
