The Fender Player II Modified Stratocaster HSS takes the classic Strat formula and upgrades it for modern players seeking versatility, tone, and performance. With a pickup configuration combining Player II Noiseless single-coils in the neck and middle positions, and a Player II Modified humbucker in the bridge, you get both shimmering Strat chime and powerful humbucker bite. A push/pull tone knob even splits the humbucker into a single coil for extra flexibility. 

Built for playability and tone, this model features an alder body in a gloss polyester finish, paired with a maple modern “C” neck and rosewood fingerboard (with rolled edges) on a 9.5" radius. The satin neck finish keeps your hand gliding smoothly across the fretboard. 

Hardware is solid and stage-ready: a 2-point synchronized tremolo with block saddles and a chamfered trem block, short-post locking tuners for tuning stability, a TUSQ nut, and a modern string tree. The guitar ships with a deluxe gig bag included.
